Dale's predecessor, a pit bull, starved to death. He was spared the same fate by a guardian angel who made a 40 minute round trip 2x daily to feed him. She used to live in the neighborhood, but could not leave him to die as the pit had. (No one knew what had become of the pit. It disappeared one day after complaints to AC. Later its body was found in the garage. Dale's male owner is currently in jail. After Dale has been in his foster home for a few weeks and we get a better idea of his personality, etc. he will be available for adoption. Check back soon for more updated information on Dale.
