This is Diddy, one of a litter of 9 puppies born in the Culpeper County Virginia shelter. Diddy's mom, Cora, was picked-up as a stray and gave birth in the shelter. Cora appears to be a purebred Akita. Dad is unknown.

Diddy is very athletic and has potential to be an agility dog. She will require a 5 ft. or taller fence. She is also very sweet, laid back and affectionate with people. She is one of the calm puppies who enjoy hanging out with humans as much as playing with the others. She is partially housebroken at this time (sept 17) meaning she will go outside, but has the occasional accident in the house.

Diddy was born June 22 and will be available to go to a new home in mid-late September 2007.
