Sky tends to bark at strangers when she first meets them be she is friendly and will sniff them. Once she gets to know you, she just wants to lick you and be your friend. She does get along with children, even young ones. She tends to respond better to children strangers than adult strangers. She does walk well on a leash. She is not a big fan of car rides but she does get in the car. She just shakes and pants the whole time. She loves toys and loves Benibones. She chews them every day. She loves soup bones. 

 

She is 5 years old. We got her from a home when she was 2. The original owner dropped her off at that house with over 100 ticks on her. The home we got her from got all the ticks removed and got her healthy. She is very loving and protective of her people. She loves to run around in the snow, but she is also a bum dog. She lays around the house and keeps my wife Jody and I company in the office when we work from home.  She loves to get the zoomies and run around the house. She also loves a good brushing. Not a fan of having her nails clipped. We had to sedate her to get that done. She likes to greet you at the door and wiggle her butt and stick her nose in your butt
